Although the noise level can be bothersome at times, it's way bigger than expected. The service, despite some initial issues, turned out to be friendly and helpful, especially over the phone. The location is fantastic, close to the waterfront boardwalk and major attractions like Statue of Liberty cruise boats, 9/11 Memorial, and World Trade Centers.
